vasanta ritu _the spring season

Vasanta ritu (the spring season) in ayurveda have due importance with the kapha dosha aggregation in the body... 1.vyayama
Regular Exercise and Avoid Sleeping in daytime can prevent kapha accumulation.
2. Laghu ushna ahara
It is advised to have easily digestible and hot potent food which are low in calories during the spring season as the digestion is slow
