vasanta ritu _the spring season

After the chilly winter it’s that time of the year again – Yes, Spring season.
Vasanta ritu (the spring season) in ayurveda have due importance with the kapha dosha aggregation in the body... 1.vyayama
Regular  Exercise and  Avoid Sleeping in daytime can prevent kapha accumulation.

Know About Tridoshas...!

1.Vata dosha

Vata is one among the tridoshas. 
It is considered as the combination  of both VAYU and AKASHA mahabhoothas.It is mainly responsible for all the movements in the body,respiratory mechanism ,speech process and auditory receptions Vata is very much like the wind--it is light, cool, dry and mobile.

2.Pitta dosha


The fire element of the body.That which is responsible for the transformations and digestion of matters present throughout the bodyThe pitta dosha is said to be made up of the fire and water elements. Fire is more predominant, and those people with a predominant pitta nature have many of the qualities of fire within them. Pitta tends to hot, sharp, and penetrating. It is also somewhat volatile and oily. The oily nature of Pitta is related to the secondary component of water.


3.Kapha dosha


The stable element of body.That which binds the elements of body and provides the sthira guna or stable property to the matters .Within the kapha dosha there is a predominance of the water and earth elements. Like these elements, kapha tends to be cool, moist, stable and heavy. In the body these qualities manifest as dense, heavy bones, lustrous, supple skin, low metabolism, and large, stocky frames. In addition, those with a kapha nature tend to feel cool.
